I received an FCC First Class license and worked with various broadcast facilities and a broadcast engineering firms that designed, built, and maintained broadcast systems and installations. I was chief engineer of a 10KW FM station in Detroit, but left that career to be “Mr. Mom” for our two girls while they were growing up, before starting Freeway Internet Services, the predecessor to Gaslight Media. Proficient in network construction and routing, RF network engineering, Linux and PC based servers and systems, programming in C, C++, PHP, and SQL and a whole slew of other languages, my aspirations to develop user based applications has been the driving force at Gaslight Media.
