Webmail for Gaslight Media Mail Service

Please call Gaslight Media Technical Support if you have any problems with these settings or are unable to send or receive mail using our new E-Mail services.

Select a proceedure

 

 

Checking your E-mail online

  1. Open a browser to "webmail.(your domain)"
  2. Log on using your email address and password
  3. Click on "mail" on the top of the page

 

 

Check your spam online

  1. Open a browser to "webmail.(your domain)"
  2. Log on using your email address and password
  3. Click on "mail" on the top of the page
  4. Click on "spam" on the left bar of the page

 

 

Mark a message that was determined to be spam as not spam

  1. Open a browser to "webmail.(your domain)"
  2. Log on using your email address and password
  3. Click on "mail" on the top of the page
  4. Click on "spam" on the left bar of the page
  5. Select the message you want to mark as not spam
  6. At the bottom of the page click the "preform this action" drop down box and select "Mark checked as not spam"

 

 

Setup an out of office message

  1. Open a browser to "webmail.(your domain)"
  2. Log on using your email address and password
  3. Click on settings on the top of the page
  4. Click on "Forwards, Autorespond, Lists" on the left
  5. Click on "Setup Vacation Message"
  6. Complete the form with following
    • "From:" select your E-mail address
    • "Reply Subject:" Subject for email to be sent
    • "Reply Body:" Message you want sent
  7. Click "Update Vacation Message"
  8. Dont forget to Remove an out of office message when you return

 

 

Remove an out of office message

  1. Open a browser to "webmail.(your domain)"
  2. Log on using your email address and password
  3. Click on settings on the top of the page
  4. Click on "Forwards, Autorespond, Lists" on the left
  5. Click on "Setup Vacation Message"
  6. Click "Disable Vacation Message"

 

 

Change Your Password

  1. Open a browser to "webmail.(your domain)"
  2. Log on using your email account and password
  3. Click on settings on the top of the page
  4. Click on "Account Maintenance"
  5. Click on "Mail Forwarders"
  6. Click on "Change Password & Secret Question/Answer"
  7. Complete the form with following
    • "Old Password:" Your existing password
    • "New Password" New password
    • "Re-type New Password:" For verification
  8. Click "Update Password & Secret Question"
