Included in their managed database is the ability to add/modify their retail location information for their Franchise owners, along with managing their customer database from their online Shopping Suite.

Taking advantage of using the Internet as a "InTRAnet" for their Franchise owners, Kilwin's utilizes custom applications developed for their administration use to upload all corporate identity material available to their Franchise owners, created to give those owners the management of adding their personal information for their in-store use - but without having to send that same corporate material to the print shop to have it created! A very unique application for Kilwin's to use for communication and ensure consistant marketing material throughout the country.
